Pet Policy

We are a friendly, pet-friendly community with NO BREED Restrictions.

We do require all dogs to be registered and DNA tested (see video).

DNA testing kits are provided at Lease signing.

We are pet-lovers and welcome other pet-lovers and their friendly pets.
